Euromix™ Bond is an acrylic polymer bonding agent formulated to enhance the adhesion strength, moisture resistance and setting characteristics of Euromix™ Render.
The required amount of Euromix™ Bond should be added to clean, potable water in a mixing bucket and thoroughly stirred. Steadily add the Euromix™ Render powder to the Euromix™ Bond plus water solution, mixing the wet render using a suitable drill (or traditional concrete mixer) until it is smooth and lump free. One 20Kg bag of Euromix™ Render requires 4 to 4.5 litres of Euromix™ Bond plus water solution in mixing.

The Euromix™ Bond / Water Ratio for the second and subsequent coats is always 1:15.
Please note that the ‘stickiness’ of the wet render increases with the amount of Euromix™ Bond added. When Euromix™ Render is applied at a ratio of 1:4 it will be difficult to build to thicknesses above 2-3mm and such material cannot be floated fully flat.
Tools should be washed in clean water before the material dries. If spilled use sand to cover the wet material and then dispose of in land fill in accordance with the local regulations. Do not allow Euromix™ Bond to enter drainage or sewer lines as the material can cause a blockage (use chemical flocculants to eliminate from sewer / drain).
Inhalation: Unlikely due to the nature of the product. Move affected person to fresh air. If breathing stops, apply artificial respiration. Seek immediate medical advice.
Eye: Flush eye(s) with clean water, holding them open to remove product from eye lid. Seek medical help if symptoms persist. Ingestion: Give milk or water to drink, seek medical attention. Advice to Doctor: Treat Symptomatically.
Euromix™ Bond is non-toxic; however, Euromix™ Render contains cement which is alkaline in nature and silica that is classified as a carcinogen. Keep exposure to both dry and wet render material as low as practicable. Please refer to the Euromix™ Render MSDS for further information.
