WALSC Nasahi AAC Render Finishing System
Euromix offers numerous products for use in finishing systems over WALSC Nasahi autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) panels and blocks.
System Scope
The Euromix WALSC Render finishing system summarised here covers;
Such a finish will hide most surface imperfections and reduce the impact of minor structural imperfections and misalignment of walls, depending on their severity. This is the minimum finish recommended by Euromix for AAC (and most other panel wall systems).
Euromix Renders are designed for use as a decorative finishes, they are not meant to be used in ‘engineered’ applications (where special strength, movement, hardness or other performance characteristics are required).

WALSC AAC HEBEL ADHESIVE
Euromix WALSC AAC Adhesive
Euromix AAC/Hebel Adhesive is preferred in installation of hebel & aac blocks prior to application of Euromix Render System for extreme and tough bonding.

WALSC 1ST RENDER COAT
Euromix FP Render
Apply Euromix Full Polymer (FP) Render throughout entire of wall to 6-8mm in thickness and ready to straight edge to straighten walls as much as possible (allow 24 hours to dry)

TOP RENDER COAT
Euromix FP Render
One first coat of Euromix Full Polymer (FP) Render is dry, apply a secondary coat of Euromix Full Polymer Render to 2-3mm, and finish it to a float finish, ready for Euromix Texture Coating. In cases where Sponge Finish is required, refer to Step 5

SKIM COAT

Euromix Skim Coat
If Sponge Finish is specified, please use Euromix Skim Coat - finish to float and sponge finish.

TEXTURE
COATING
Euromix Texture
It is always highly recommended in AAC & Hebel to use a Texture Coating to provide flexibility and enhance aesthetics. Can be tinted to colour of choice. Euromix offer 4 grades (Fine, Medium, Coarse and Extra Coarse) Texture Coatings for commercial and residential projects.
